One-on-One Technology Help
The Southern Pines Public Library offers one-on-one technology help sessions by appointment. Sessions can be up to one hour, with a maximum of two sessions per person per month.
You may request a technology help appointment by coming into the library or by completing the online form. You will be asked to provide information about your preferred dates and times, how to contact you, and the specific assistance you are requesting. A library staff member will contact you to finalize your appointment.
Library staff cannot assist with repairing broken or locked devices, recovering passwords or accounts, or with any activities involving credit cards or personal financial information. Library staff cannot advise you in legal, medical, financial, or tax matters.
