2. Instructions
   Interlibrary loan (ILL) is a service allowing cardholders to borrow books and journal / magazine articles not owned by the Southern Pines Public Library. Cardholders must have an up-to-date and active account with SPPL to receive this service. Libraries do not lend new publications or periodicals and rarely lend audio-visual materials.

    A charge for USPS postage is payable when you receive the item you’ve requested, and is based on current postage rates and the weight of the item. The postage charge will be attached to your record if you do not pick up the borrowed item. Some libraries charge to lend items, and may charge for copies of articles or pages for a fee. We always try to fill your request from a library that does not charge. Checking this box mean you accept the postal charge for the item(s) and any fees associated with the lending library.
