Additionally, you can request a public copy of a police incident or accident report by visiting the Southern Pines Police Department located at 450 W. Pennsylvania Avenue, Southern Pines, NC 28387.
If you received a North Carolina Uniform Citation for violation of a state or local parking regulation, you must follow the instructions printed on the citation for answering the charge in the Moore County District Court.

The fee must be paid IN ADVANCE at the Town of Southern Pines Finance Department, 180 SW Broad Street, Southern PinesYou will be issued a receipt to present to the police department - Fingerprints are taken on Wednesdays between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00am (except holidays) at the police department, 450 W. Pennsylvania Avenue, Southern Pines- An appointment is not necessary; You must bring government-issued, photo identification- If you need fingerprints applied to a specific type of card, you must bring the appropriate card(s). If not, the police department will provide generic fingerprint cards
You must complete the top part of the fingerprint card prior to your fingerprints being takenDO NOT SIGN THE CARD. It must be signed in the presence of the officer/employee taking the fingerprints

A “bona fide” towing service is an agency or organization whose primary business includes the towing of vehicles for mechanical purposes or due to collision and that owns or has primary control over vehicles and equipment for this purpose (i.e. tow trucks). Once a request is received, the Chief of Police will determine if the basic requirements are met. If approved, the department Tow Agency Inspector will schedule an inspection to be conducted of the tow agency to ensure compliance with applicable North Carolina General Statutes, Town of Southern Pines Business regulations and police department policies. Tow agency proprietors selected for inclusion on the Master Tow List will be required to sign a Letter of Agreement consenting to abide by appropriate directives from the Southern Pines Police Department, the Town of Southern Pines or other authorized organizations.
