The Town of Southern Pines is soliciting proposals in order to identify individuals and/or businesses qualified in administering official/referee services for youth and adult sports for the Recreation and Parks Department.
The selected contractor(s) will be required to operate according to the terms and conditions as outlined in the Recreation and Parks Department’s Contract Agreement. See Appendix A for an example of the contract. Both parties may expound upon or suggest other procedures based on the historical data and experience of the parties.
