Below is information you can use to 1) create any required notices and postings for, and 2) register as an “Attendee” for the Town Council Work Session webinar on June 22nd.
Remember that if you are to appear onscreen (such as members of Council, management, certain planning staff, and folks making presentations) you do not need to register using the methods below because you’ll be added to the webinar as a Panelist. Panelists get a direct email invitation from GoToWebinar containing a link to join the meeting.
Southern Pines Town Council Work Session on June 22nd, 2020 at 3:00 PM:
- Attend using your computer or smartphone to watch and listen to the proceedings and to provide comment when prompted. Register for the meeting in advance by going to: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/4122960104493810704
- Attend using your telephone to listen to the proceedings and to provide comment when prompted. At the meeting time, dial (415) 930-5321 then use Audio Access Code 904-315-909.
