Check out Libby, a free app developed by Overdrive allowing you to borrow digital content - eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines, and eVideos - from the Southern Pines Public Library. The Library provides two distinct collections available to our patrons on the Libby app: the North Carolina Digital Library (NCDL) and the NC Kids Digital Library. The NCDL collection includes eBooks for children too. With hundreds of popular titles to choose from, these collections are guaranteed to have something for everyone.
Borrowed items can be enjoyed immediately in your web browser or can be downloaded to the free Libby app for mobile devices. Digital titles can also be enjoyed on tablets and eReader devices such as the iPad®, NOOK®, and Kindle®. No matter how you plan to enjoy, titles will automatically expire at the end of the lending period. No late fees, all fun!
