The Town is adding sidewalks along S. Bennett Street from W. Massachusetts Ave. to W. Illinois Ave. An additional sidewalk will be added to Morganton Rd. at the intersection of old U.S. 1 so that NCDOT can add a crosswalk. Work is expected to begin on Monday, March 13 and last approximately 3 months. Learn more about this and other Town projects.
