NEW VENDOR REGISTRATION: To become a new vendor for the Town of Southern Pines, the first step is to complete our New Vendor Form and provide a current W-9. These forms must be emailed to the Town employee who requested your services. Please note, we cannot issue a Purchase Order until both forms are submitted and approved.
