Exhibitor Information

Are you a local writer? Have you self-published or traditionally published a book? Sell your books, increase your visibility as an author, and connect with fellow writers at the first Pages of the Pines, A Festival of Books Celebrating Local Authors at the Southern Pines Public Library. 

Eligible works: All books, novellas, printed works, and associated products created by the author/illustrator. These works may be traditionally published or self-published. 

Exhibitors may purchase either a half table space or whole table space. The Library will provide: 

Whole Table: 1 table, plastic tablecloth, 2 chairs. 

Half Table: Shared table space, plastic tablecloth, 1 chair.

Each vendor will have access to bottled water and light snacks. 

Pricing: $20 whole table, $10 half table. Table space is free for members of the Friends of the Library. Enroll as a member of the Friends of the Library here. 

Display spaces will be indoors and outdoors. If you are assigned an outdoor space, you are encouraged to bring tent for protection from the elements. There will be no alternate rain date.

March 18           Application Due

March 21-25      Notification of Acceptance

April 18             Payment Due, Info packet sent upon receipt of payment

May 14              Pages of the Pines Festival at the Southern Pines Public Library
