No. The library does not currently have a definitive date on the building reopening to the public.
What if my items are due? Will I accrue late fees?
The due dates for all checked-out materials are extended to June 15, 2020. There will be no late fees on materials that were originally due during the closure period. Email or call the library if your item(s) are not extended to June 15 - we will work to fix the issue in a timely manner.
Can I drop off my items in the outdoor book drop?

The book drop closes at 4:30 p.m. on Friday and will open again Monday at 8:30 a.m. Items returned will be held for 72 hours prior to check-in. Once the 72 hours period has passed, items will be checked into the system and removed from your account. The book drop remains closed at SPARK.
How can I pick up my holds?
To pick up items, drive or walk up and wait in one of the designated curbside parking spaces in the Library parking lot, call 910-692-8235, and press 1. You will need your library card number to complete the transaction. Let the library staff member know you are here to pickup books. Read them your library card number, and verify your name and curbside parking spot number. The library staff member will bring your items out in a bag and place them on the book cart shelf that corresponds to your parking space number. The bag will have your last name attached. Once your materials are placed on the cart, you may retrieve them.
My library card is about to expire. How can I renew?
All library card accounts set to expire after March 1, 2020 have been extended to June 15, 2020. Email or call the library if your account is not extended to June 15 - we will work to fix the issue in a timely manner.
Are you taking book donations?
No. The library is currently not taking any book donations. Do not leave book donations in the book drop.
I have a question about my account and/or accessing online resources. Is there someone I can contact?
Please send an email to email@example.com if you have any questions about your account or issues accessing our resources. Library staff will attempt to respond as soon as possible. Please note that responses could be delayed due to the large volume of requests staff are receiving.
