How to Obtain Copies of Police Reports

Copies of most incident and accident reports are available at the Southern Pines Police Department Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm. The reports may be requested by mail or email. There is no charge for us to mail a copy of a report, but a self-addressed stamped envelope must be included with your request.  Reports cannot be sent by facsimile.

Statistics

The Southern Pines Police Department reports crime and traffic stop statistics monthly to the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI).  Crime Statistics for municipalities state-wide, including Southern Pines, are available from the SBI website.  Traffic Stop Statistics are also available from the SBI.
