Notice is hereby given that the Public Workshop previously scheduled for Wednesday, October 27, 2010 will be held by Pinnacle Development Corp., Inc. at 277 West Pennsylvania Avenue, Southern Pines, NC, on Monday, November 1, 2010 from 10:00 A.M. - 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM -8:00 PM.  All interested citizens may be heard relative to the following:  Request for Commercial Use District Master Plan approval for approximately 6,000 square feet of office development.  The property is located on the corner of Short Street and Long Street and has the PIN # 857110458453.  The total acreage is 0.746.  The applicant is Pinnacle Development Corp., Inc.  All interested parties are invited to attend the workshop.
