Update on Overdrive Media Console for iPad/iPhone NCDL users
Once the app has been updated on the Apple device, an automatic prompt will appear to re-authorize the Adobe ID. If you have forgotten your password, help on resetting it can be found here. If users have partially downloaded an eAudiobook to their device, it will need to be downloaded again. Please see these instructions if error code 403 displays when having trouble accessing an eAudiobook.
