    The Town of Southern Pines is conducting a Citizens Academy in order to expand the community ties between the Town and its citizens. The schedule will cover Town programs, services, policies, procedures and a behind the scenes look at how the government operates. Space permitting, citizens may attend individual sessions by calling the Southern Pines Public Library at 910-692-8235 to preregister.
