Southern Pines Lifts Stage 3 Water Conservation Measures

Stage 1 Still In Effect

Town Manager Reagan Parsons has lifted the Stage 3 mandatory water conservation measures. However, Stage 1 Voluntary Measures remain in place at this time.

All water customers are to take notice that if water levels on Drowning Creek again fall below acceptable levels per our State approved Water Shortage Response Plan, the Town will re-implement more stringent mandatory conservation measures as required.This time of year without re-occurring rain events, Drowning Creek’s water flow is highly susceptible to change
