Sidewalk Extensions

The Town will be doing some sidewalk extensions within the Town, that will start in May and end in June.  The streets receiving sidewalk extensions this year are;

The East side of S.E. Broad St. from E. Massachusetts Ave. to E. Illinois Ave.

The East side of S. May St. from E. Illinois Ave. to E. Indiana Ave.

The South side of E Vermont Ave. from N. Ashe St. to N. May St.

The East side of S. Carlisle St. from W. Illinois Ave. to W. Massachusetts Ave., also this block will receive curb and storm drain work.

Both North and South side of E. Massachusetts Ave from S. Weymouth Rd. to S. Valley Rd.

The Town also has contracted out to have the old PD basement at the down town park located at S.E. Broad St. to be dug out and the Town forces will backfill and seed it.
